Overall good experience. Burrito was nice and full, steak was served scoop and a half. Was greeted well, and people at the... counter were nice. I have been to this location four different times and there have been four separate issues. The latest issue is that closing... time is at 10 PM yet at 9:22 PM they only have black beans, Carnitas, salsa and cheese. No sour cream, no guacamole, no steakno chicken no pinto beans no ice tea no lemonade. The other three times I have been charged an incorrect amount and it takesthem forever to figure out how to refund your money. It?s really the worst chipotle I?ve been to. At 9:22 all the chairs are upon the tables there is a rug sitting on the other tables encouraging patrons to?.not stay. If you want to close at 9:22 thenjust close at 9:22 and posted on the door. I got a steak bowl. Cold meat, and the little girl was trying to add to my bowl before I told her what I actually wanted in it.... Ice machine was out of ice for fountain drinks. Was welcomed and treated nicely through my entire order. Food was hot and fresh.
I don?t know why all the bad reviews but our food today was good and fresh but the best was the staff?s attention and great... great service tonight. The hostess was prompt and courteous. The runner was quick and accurate and Ashley, our waitress, wassuperb, friendly, and very attentive to our needs. Read more
Dirty!!! Tables were gross! Floor had not been sweep. Its apparent why it was giving 1 star. Sad because its a busy... area.....management need to do better with getting those workers to clean the lobby better. Hopefully a secret shopper will popin soon. Read more
Horrible customer service. Extremely stingy portion sizes (not expecting extra but expecting to get a decent amount). Shift lead... was making the situation more aggressive rather than diffusing tension. I asked for a side of guacamole and asked how much extrait would be. Worker looked to shift lead, shift lead rudely barked "they will tell you when you pay". Well who would havethought that? I would have been happy with an "I don't know." Extremely rude and for no reason as the line was not backed up atall. Judging by other reviews, many think the employees here need some training on how to interact with customers. I wouldagree.
