Great food, had it ready when I requested but they quit having mozzarella cheese or pepper sprinkles to go with the pizza?
Wow, as a manager, I'm saddened after 10 years to be told today that Dominos will no longer be delivering to Bluebonnet Ridge... RV Park and Cottages. It was our biggest referral to customers who either couldn't leave the park due to tow vehicles or whenwe just didn't want to do anything after work here. We don't refer to just any other businesses for delivery because we don'tlike small businesses losing profits to delivery company's. Horrible customer service and a card reader that doesn?t work properly. Leading to the cashier telling my wife and I our card... doesn?t have money on it. While we were both looking at our accounts totaling over the thousands. Wife used Apple Pay and systemsaid the same thing. While the cashier is looking at us crazy again telling us we must not have the money. Just for us to usethe same physical card tied to our Apple Pay which worked fine. Will not return to this location. Will drive out of the way forbetter service and pizza. Overall I give a zero if possible. Just off the fact I felt like the cashier was trying to humiliatemy wife and I over your card reader not functioning properly. Imagine a minimum wage worker telling an army vet and his pregnantwife they don?t have the money to cover a freaking $2.98 charge with thousands in the bank. Read more
Ordered a supreme or current name with thin and crispy crust. Toppings were perfect. Crust was a thin messy mess. Hard to... pickup, hold and handle in general. Been ordering for over 30 years from this place and NEVER had a mess like this. OrderedMonday evening. NEVER Read more
Pizza was very cold. It tasted like it had been sitting there for a couple of hours. Absolutely horrible. I got there... exactly when the app said it would be ready, however the employee at the front was so busy answering phones and taking ordersthat I had to wait for a good while just to pick up my order. This is no fault of hers. There were several employees in the backand not one of them even offered to help her or even ask me about my order. The girl at the front was awesome, but the customerservice for the rest of the place was horrible for not even taking 30 seconds to give a customer their order. I will neverorder there again. Dominoes didn't delivery to my hotel (Fairfield Inn) via online, so I had to call to place my order for delivery. The pizza came... hot. The pizza came quick. Food tasted just like I ordered. I have zero complaints. Also to note. The hotel staff recommendedthis place over the local pizza joint. Read more
I called the store with a few questions, and then ordered online. Michelle answered my questions and personally made my pizzas,... which were hot, delicious and made exactly as ordered. The staff was friendly and I was in and out within minutes. Read more
