This is the worst golden chick I?ve been to isn?t Forney/talty supposed to be a good area what a shame I ordered a 4 piece... chicken combo and a sandwich the girl at the register told me it would take 10 min and after already 5 min of waiting in thedrive through she asked me to go wait in the front I waited in the front for 16 min until a guy walked on and only handed me asandwich I asked him where the rest of the food was and he had no clue what I was talking about so I drove back around and sinceI had been waiting so long I asked for a refund the ?owner? told me no refunds and if I had a problem to call corporate butwouldn?t give me the number told me to look it up and proceeded to tell me I couldn?t get a refund I told him that?s fine Iwould just dispute it with my bank and he told me to never come back cause I wanted a refund then I get home and my chicken ispink? wow Read more

I ordered 3 meals everything was cold and I literally had a piece of long black hair fried into my chicken.
I never give out 1 star reviews, since it?s unfair to the company. I ordered a chicken sandwich and the cheese wasn?t melted.... The food was almost cold. We did wait a long time in the drive-thru when there wasn?t any cars. I also got the spicy tenders.Zing Sauce makes it better but meal also was a bit cold too. Golden Chick is known for their gravy. I didn?t get any but gotsome type of thousand island sauce to dip it with. It?s a bummer that I didn?t get a good meal. I won?t be coming back. I juststopped at Terrell for a short stop. Read more
