The location is great, right off of I-20. However, if you're going southbound on the 34, you'll need to go past the Frontage... road down to Tanger and make a left there then back track. The staff was great and the young lady that waited our table wasfriendly and did a great job keeping all our orders straight, there were 18 of us. Furthermore, we initially did not fit in asingle table but they extended one more table to fit us all. We were OK with not being together but our waiter worked her magicto ensure we sat together. Wait time was horrible for drinks, food and refills, silverware was Dirty ????food was good but honestly, could have been... better. Keep up the good work, you'll get there eventually, when people decide to go back to work and you have a full staff,andthe one's working looked drained.... and can get proper training. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. This is probably one of the worst Ihops I?ve ever been to. No matter what day it is... or what time it is this particular location is constantly understaffed having customers and doordash drivers waiting on orders.The restaurant is always dirty and items are always missing. The people who work there also don?t care about the customers oranything for that matter. I don?t think this location should be open anymore, I feel as though they haven?t been fully staffedsince they opened. Read more
The Food was good, and our server was very nice, but the food portions had definitely changed, and no more craft orange juice,... and they want to charge you per orange juice that you get. It is a new day, my ham and cheese omelet was not the same either,don't get me wrong it was still good, but not what it use to be. Read more
I very nice location. We were greeted promptly and seated immdediately. Our waitress was pretty good and attentive to our needs.... It didn't take long for us to get our food and everyone enjoyed it. The bathroom was clean and I was happy to see they had achanging station for babies. My only complaint is they don't clear the tables as we finished drinks. Our table was packed andgetting some of the dishes as she came would have helped. There were tables that were dirty when we got there that still hadn'tbeen cleared when we left and some of the seats could use some upgrades/repairs but I will definitely visit again. Read more

Stopped by after our flight into Dallas. The service was good, the food was even better. There was a vehicle on fire on the exit... ramp, so some of the employees ran out with a fire extinguisher to help. I would eat here again just for that kind act ofdecency. Read more
