There shop is horrible. Mechanics stand around talking to each other instead of working on trucks. Went to get a tire... changed. 3 hours actual work time to change one tire. This shop has no respect for drivers and there time. Only come here ifyou have no other options. Read more

Do not order food from the Pizza Hut. They took my order, told me 10 minutes. 43 minutes later they call my number and only... cooked half my order. Cluttered. Expensive. Rude. Unprofessional. If I didn?t have to stop here out of necessity I wouldn?thave. Read more
This TA or maybe it?s all of them now is not for the driver. They prevented one of my drivers from working on his truck in the... parking lot, to which he said fine and checked in at the shop. The shop couldn?t get him in for about 4 hours, so he asked whatelse could he do and they said call a mobile mechanic. He asked why a mobile mechanic could work on it and not him and they saidno he?ll have to work on it on the road. So they?re willing to put my driver?s life or a mobile mechanics life at risk by makingthem work out on the road? I know they?re not legally in the wrong but they?re supposed to be in the business ofassisting/supporting drivers and all their employees could tell my driver was ?it?s not our problem.? Read more
Very very brown bio diesel, likely higher than 20% smells like animals. Don't fuel Here if you own your own truck it's not... good for your engine or filters. Plus TA has excessive paid parking. Read more
If you ain?t here by 8 pm good luck finding a spot! This place gets packed very fast and under staffed. So get ready to wait... bit!! The movie is pretty big! And the showers are amazing clean!! And nice. They have selection of game room to play pool orwhat ever. They have a Pizza Hut, subway and country pride! The buffet is amazing. Read more
Big Texas Hospitality here at TA truck repair. I came here for a 3-axle wheel alignment. The staff had my semi truck in the bay... within 5 minutes, working diligently while I watched their big screen tv in the lobby. Lobby staff were laid back and friendly,offering good conversation to pass the time. Their bathroom was clean, fresh and had soap and paper towels. The lobby floor wasswept and merchandise sat neatly on shelves. Whenever i need work done on my truck, i know where to go when I'm in Texas! 5well-deserved stars. Read more
