I was treated like I was the Problem and I spent $60. They asked me several times what my Order was. I told them I was not sure.... I was by Myself but ordered for 5 People. I did not remember Everything I ordered !! So I asked " Don't You Know What I Ordered? ". They asked for my receipt and I had wadded it Up. There was a lot of giggling and looking at me. They finally gave me theOrder and I asked if that was Everything ? A taller man stuck his head out and asked If I HAD a Problem ? I told him as long asmy food was there I am good. Drove 15 minutes home and of course my Order was WRONG !! I own several business so I normally DONOT post comments. I know how much they can hurt a business but I was SEEN as a problem. If someone was SPENDING more thanNormal. That is the Order I would make sure was Right so They come back. I even called when I got home and the Manager was alsogiggling under her breath. She also asked are you finished NOW ? So, I can speak. It was a BIG Game to ALL of them. I can go toother Mickey D's in Terrell, Kaufman, or even Canton. Every time this place seems to forget to give you the bbq sauce you pay EXTRA for them. Only to get ripped off. Thanks really... appreciate that. As much money as my wife and I spend when we are busy this place is the worst at giving us the bbq sauce. Evenasked for it 3 separate times. Please get your management straight and your employees straight if that is even possible. Read more
I drive all over the place and get irritated when places charge extra for little stuff. I am able to get a handful or two of... ketchup packets but I asked for one barbecue sauce and get charged a quarter? When will businesses realize when they start tonickel and dime the customers we don't go back and they lose even more money? Then on top of that the chicken nuggets weren'tcrispy and my fries were soft so not a good experience. Read more
I went in and ordered my usual (double filet fish meal with extra tartar sauce) and got charged extra. By me ordering the same... meal every time I go, I know the price. So when I checked my receipt I noticed that the person that took my order charged me forevery single item and not for the meal per say. And that kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. Read more
Waited in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes 2 cars behind from overcome. To find out that they were short staff and that... our food could take up to 30 minutes before receiving it, several people just left, kuddos to the employees but the managersshould do some with a better working schedule. Theo and his night crew work extremely hard. Whenever I go around midnight to early morning (I work night shift), I always get... the correct food, quickly, with a smile. Mind you there is less staff overnight and they update their system between midnightand 3:00 am, so be prepared for them accepting only a certain type of payment during that timeframe. Can't really say with words how wonderful this McDonald's was! We stopped by with a load of teenagers going home from church... camp and the management and staff was top of the line to us and all our teens! The manager even took the time to come over andwatch a new dance our teens learned and talk to us. ???? The environment was clean, stocked and had all our food ready in notime! I am definitely giving them 5 stars for helping us continue to have a awesome day! Food was good too and everyone gottheir order right the first time! It was great! Read more
Most of the time service is prompt and you wont have to wait in line long before placing your order. Or you can place your order... in one of the 2 self-order stations but either way most of the time you wont wait long to order. For the most part all staffmembers have been courteous and helpful, not overly so but not rude and aloof. Its very seldom that they get your order wrong orforget an item in your bag but if that happens just politely let them know they've forgotten an item and if you have yourreceipt they correct their mistake no problem. I'd give it 5 stars but its a Mcdonalds but as far as Mcdonalds go its one of thebest around. Nice and clean as well, always have people cleaning the parking lots, probably because the people patronising theplace isn't the best and THOSE PEOPLE have no problem throwing garbage anywhere as long as its not them cleaning. Ive seen themat red lights throwing trash stuffed fast food bags out the windows on multiple occasions. Read more
