I just ordered a pizza and hot wings and the lady who delivered our pizza tried to keep my change this why I usually pay with my... card they need to tell their employees to stop that this has happened more than once. We my daughter gave her the money she wasgetting ready to walk off my daughter told her what about the change she gonna say I thought it was the correct amount which sheshould've count it anyway. I placed my order on the app and requested contactless curbside. I get there and tap I'm here in the app and I wait...nobody... comes. So I call the store and it rings nonstop with no answer. I can see in the store and I can see the employees standingthere. Finally I get fed up and go inside only to find the employees sitting down on their phones. Having to go inside is not ahuge deal, however when you have spent the whole day deep cleaning your house, you're tired and you and the kid are hungry, andyou request for your order to be brought to the car (where you were going to give a tip for bringing the food outside), butinstead you have to go inside only to see the employees sitting down and standing around it's quite infuriating. It was delivered on time, my delivery person was very friendly and cordial, and the food was DELICIOUS. This was my first time... ordering from the Hut, I have always ordered from Dominoes. But yall won me over! I will call Pizza Hut again next time! Read more
Extremely bad customer service by Angie at this location. We ordered a pizza online and they said they have not received our... online order. Yet the delivery person came to our door, with the completely wrong pizzas. I called to inform the location andAngie was completely disrespectful and informed me that the Manager was at home and did not speak with customers. I asked hercan you provide him my phone number to call me. I informed her I have my order number and she refused to take it down. Thenrequested I spend more money and order another pizza. They already took the money out of my account as I kept informing Angiebut yet her rudeness continued. So when I asked for the corporate phone number, she told me to find it myself. Interestingly,a individual named Kevin called and told me I will be refunded and they will deliver the pizza. Good recovery but because ofthe disrespect by the original worker-I am providing 1 star.
