Been sitting here for 13 minutes and still nobody has answered the button. What is wrong with these managers? This is what... happens when you have nothing but teenagers running around with nobody running the show. I normally post positive reviews but this is by far the worst Sonic I have EVER BEEN TO!! I waited about 35 to 40 minutes to get... 2 cheese burgers and a kids chicken strip meal (2 chicken strips) Everybody got served before us. When I buzzed in to ask howmuch longer for my food I was RUDELY answered by ASHLEY, who would not allow me to ask any questions or ask for a refund. Sheyelled so much and loud that other cars were looking and pulling off. Our food came out as soon as she rudely switched off theintercoms and everything was super cold. Our slushes and sodas had NO ICE WHATSOEVER..JUST STRAIGHT JUICE. Because of herattitude I wasted 25.00 because I did not feel safe eating the food that was sent out. The young lady who bought out our foodwas super sweet and explained that they only had 3 employee working at the time. I understand that staff can be short but atleast warn paying customers if there is a shortage. I sat in my car with a 2 year old hollering at the top of her lungs for 30minutes. The servers heard her when they were bringing other orders out and asked me if I had the order with the wacky pack butI still waited another 20 minutes after that. I was told the General Manager is out of town and I will say he/she made the worstmistake leaving ASHLEY in charge because I will never return to this location due to piss poor customer service and food that wedid not eat because I did not trust anything coming out from Ashley. She definitely needs to be replaced or retrained since shecan't handle her job better than what she did today. I work in a stressful position but I would NEVER treat someone the wayAshley did today. DO BETTER GM and make sure your schedule is correct befire you leave next time and do your location a favorand get rid of unprofessional Ashley. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED WORSE IN MY LIFE. Read more
I have been consistently disapointed with their breakfast burritos. In the past, I have had scorched eggs. Today the eggs were... nice and fluffy, but in the Super Sonic Breakfast Burrito, there was no sausage. This location as opposed to the other inTerrell just has been reliably underwhelming in their product. Coffee is good though! Read more
Customer Service was not good. I order a Bacon, Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato sandwich (BBLT) which was served with burnt bacon and... a flatten and burnt bun. I called the Manager and sent him a picture, his only concern was if it had three slices of bacon. Nohelp at all then I contacted the. corporate office who sent a form letter again no help. Out of onion rings! Noooo! Here for happy hour so I ended up getting Ched 'R' Peppers instead. The place is packed and there is... no drive through. I pulled in and waited about a minute after I pressed the button to order before someone answered. Greatselection and options on the menu. Easily located and visible from W. Moore Avenue. Read more
Pulled up to the drive through was attendee immediately and was only a couple minute wait before I see my food. Friendly service... and delicious food. I will recommend this sonic to my fellow burger eaters. Read more
