It took 45 minutes to get our order it was The worst solid I've ever been to in my life do not go there do not waste your money
I only had rt.44 water with ice husband had 3 chicken strips they were dried out& he took about 4 draws from his straw and it... was just ice he had a ROUTE 44 strawberry limeade. Baby boy had popcorn chicken I could've taken someone's eye out with those.I gave it a 4 because I usually don't have a probl3m woth Sonic. The customer service people are always professional. Unfortunately, the app never works. One cannot order or pay via the app... most of the time. Half of the servers honor that the app is down and half don?t. Frustrating to pay more because the app doesn?twork. Read more
Definitely always check your order at this sonic. Ordered 2 footlong coney meals with no onion, got 1 made correctly and 1 with... seemingly a pound of onions. Have been here multiple times and it's always some failure to make 100% of the order 100%correctly. Until franchise owner and management crack down on accuracy and proficiency of its staff, just go to the Sonic onMoore Avenue. Absolutely not worth saving the 5-7 minutes coming to this one instead. Got a order of mozzarella sticks and not 1 mozzarella stick had cheese in it and what was left were hard as a rock. There... burgers also have no taste. Read more

This isn't our first or second time going to this location so I should know better. We had NEVER had a good experience here.... They even get the slushies wrong. This particular chicken strip dinner was hard, burned, and cold even though we waited extratime for it. I will never go back Read more
