They're more worried about their inventory than satisfying the customer. I've been ordering the same drink for the past 3 years... exactly the same on my mobile app and not one other Starbucks has shorted me as badly as they have. Claiming they can't fill thecup all the way because of inventory purposes. I'm not quite sure how customer satisfaction is less important than theinventory. Read more
