Update: tried to give this place a 4th chance and I ordered 3 items and only got two. It wasn?t froyo it was soup. Every single... time I?ve ordered they got my order wrong. Missing topping I pay EXTRA for. And I only have two on there. Read more
16 handles is always outstanding! The staff is kind, the ice cream is delicious, and the decor is very homey and welcoming. The... only reason I?m giving this a four star rating rather than a five star rating is that last time I went the ice cream flavor Igot wasn?t as amazing as usual, but don?t get me wrong, my brother enjoyed his ice cream tremendously and the staff was verykind as always! I must have had a different experience because I had a small cold about a month ago and my tastebuds may bechanged for a while. Read more

They make their yogurt ice cream within the store, fresh. The store has a large variety of toppings and fresh as well.... Everything is priced by weight. A small vegan selection and that is not recommended, made out of almonds and is not the same,nor do I care much as I am not a vegan. The store is new and clean. The downside is the store has limited tables and theparking spaces are hard to obtain and park as there are several stores, restaurants within the complex. I also feel thehandicapped spaces are limited as I seen about six within this large parking lot. Totally recommend this place for a goodtreat. Read more
