Many reviewer rated this location low, but I would question the leadership team for the lack of motivation of the team. My... experience was very similar, but the final product was phenomenal. The food was so tasty, that the team member who?sresponsible for the preparation. Deserves a 5 star review. I?ve had my share of Chipotle locations. This one was the best I?vehad. Don?t get me started with the costumer service. The one person with a kiss tattoo completely shortened my food. Honestly still... ended up hungry, barely put any meat on my bowl, I asked nicely if he can put just a bit more he told me it was going to bedouble. How is it even double if it was barley 1 scoop!! Honestly thought I was getting punk?d with the portion sizes. If Icould give negative stars I definitely would. If you see the guy with a kiss tattoo on his neck expect 75% less food.???? Read more
I ordered VEGGIE bowl and there is MEAT in my bowl. And I am not eating any meat outside. It can be something that I am allergic... and I can end up in hospital. I just choose what I want, right? Just give a few mins more and make it right!!! It is not okay inany way!!!! Read more

Busy. But I was sooo happy that this location had STAFF! Two ppl doing pickup/app orders and then 4-5 taking in-restaurant... orders, plus a couple more ppl refilling/cooking etc.. ordered on the app as I wasnt familiar with location. But was pleasantlysurprised. Best part it was after 7pm and they weren't "running low on items.... I got 2 sides of guac"! Other locations I won'teven go near at this hour!! ????
