The service was quick and easy just be mindful sometimes the parking is a bit hard to find due to so many establishments around... the store. A plus the location has a drive thru which is convenient when your lazy to get out the car or can?t find parking. Read more
Never been here before . I hope their lunch is better than their breakfast.
I always have issues with this Panera. First, this is the second time that they leave something off my delivery order & they... don?t even refund they just give you store credit. The salad that I ordered, most of the lettuce leaves were yellow, like didn?tyou see bad lettuce when you made the salad? The one in fair lawn never misses it. Read more
Whether it's delivery, pick up or take out this store is on point. Tremendous staff. And not only because most are easy on the... eyes (well played management, well played). Food of course good. Prepared fast and fresh (yes, it is possible). Althoughfrequented by barbarians, the dining room and bathroom are well maintained and clean. You can often find a table here if you'dlike. I did it once when picking up take out because, why not? If apps and kiosks aren't your thing you are probably readingthis review on your child's phone - stop being so paranoid lol, even if there is just one team member present at the registerthings move along pretty well from what I see. this branch always has the worst service. I always get my tuna sandwich here either frozen cold like it just came out from the... freezer OR different type of bread they decide to put instead ofinforming you that they are out. Every time i order theresdifferent bread than i used to get from any other branches. sometimes they decide to put tomato bread/ asiago bread and nowwhite bread that i don't eat and when i asked the manager shes said we don't have bread and to come tomorrow for a refund. whyinconvenience me and not just give me a refund now? i cant believe how this branch is still going and every time theres anewmanager. we don't want refund we want good service! Went to Panera Bread Located at 17 Teterboro Landing Dr, Monday May 23rd at 8:13pm & ordered the you pick 2. I asked for a... grilled cheese and bowl of home style chicken noodle soup. The soup was amazing, but this grilled cheese is burnt and taste likepropane as if they threw my grilled cheese in the Broiler to melt the cheese fast. I got their pick 2 - 1/2 apple salad and 1/2 Mediterranean sandwich. Both portions were quite large, especially the salad and... the ingredients in the sandwich were very fresh. The tables need to be wiped and the store needs to be cleaned more frequentlythough. Read more
I placed "rapid" pickup order at 5:40pm. It was going to be ready at 6pm. Got an email at 6 saying they're running late. Fine. I... walk in the store at 6:15 and there's literally about 6 people waiting at the rapid pickup, and there are no bags in the slots.Finally at 6:45 my order was ready, and the $5 salad that I ordered wasn't even in it. I asked the guy if it was ready to go andhe said yes. The people working there look like they don't care about anything but when their shift ends. You need to hire andtrain a better kitchen staff. I am contacting corporate and expect to get $5 added to my Panera account, since I am a frequentcustomer, and this is the worst experience I've ever seen.
