Nice hotel and very professional, personable staff. Rooms were tastefully decorated and beds were comfortable. Food was pretty... good. I only have 3 complaints: 1. Shower gel smells awful. 2. There wasn't a desk...which seemed really odd since there was aspace for one. 3. My room was only cleaned the first night I was there. Given that I was here for 6 days, 5 nights, my roomdefinitely should've been cleaned more. Read more
We spent Labor Day weekend at the Continuum and our stay was fantastic. The staff was super nice, friendly and helpful. Our... room was great: it had a cool modern design and an extremely comfortable bed. The restaurant/bar has several TVs including ahuge TV which was perfect for the first weekend of the college football season. On top of that, the Continuum is in the perfectlocation to explore everything that Jackson Hole has to offer. Couldn?t recommend a place more. Read more
The staff are terrific. Genesis greeted us and got us booked into our rooms. She is very friendly and extremely efficient. ... Kettia and Viviana took care of us when Genesis had her days off. The restaurant and bar staff were great! Heather and Taylortook care of us for breakfast and got our days off to a great start. Once back at the hotel after a day out, Maggie was greatin the bar. Beautiful hotel, well run with responsive staff throughout. Rooms very clean and modern. There is attention to detail! The pool... is heated and the hotel has a wonderful and huge jacuzzi open from 8am to 10pm. Small touches like declining housekeeping willearn you two free drink tokens for their "going green" initiative show a customer first and environmentally conscious approachto business which I very much respect and admire. My boyfriend and I stayed over busy Memorial Day weekend, rooms were nice and a super comfy bed! Only 20 min to Jackson Hole,... and 10 min to Teton Park entrance! Staff was sweet, and the hot tub was the highlight! Walls were a bit thin, but it?sunderstandably an older (remodeled) hotel! Would definitely stay here again. Read more
Probably one of the best hotel stays my wife and I have ever had. They were so generous and accommodating. When our reservation... was lost, they assumed the best and gave us a room anyway while things were being sorted out. The hotel was less than halfcapacity so they upgraded us for free! They went above and beyond on multiple occasions. Our shower was lacking pressure and wenotified them- by the time we got back that evening, the shower head was replaced! Their food was great- But quite pricey. $22for a normal size flatbread and $18 for SIX wings was tough to swallow (pun intended). But the environment and vibe wasexceptional. Some signage could be updated- we spent a few minutes looking for the fitness area- which doesn?t exist, but thesigns do. We came in between seasons when few people were in Teton Village. So it was not busy at all, which probablycontributed to our great experience. Nevertheless, we had a great stay! Read more
Thanksgiving dinner at restaurant was BEYOND AMAZING!! So delicious. Tasted homemade! The rooms were perfect, clean, modern! And... big enough for our family! So nice to have two king beds! This is a very dog friendly property and they even gave our dog astuffed animal ;-). Will definitely stay here again! Front desk staff were awesome and granted us late check out for free!! Read more
