The coffee was absolutely awful I ordered Charlie with cold foam she put whip cream. She insisted that I ordered whip cream. She... was on her phone the entire time taking my order making my order and cashing me out all I can hear on the speaker was her phonethe other person talking. I truly regret eating at Dunks every time... once in awhile my coffee is bomb but the food sucks everytime.... this time the... cardboard croissant tasted extra cardboardy, the cheese was so cooked it turned to plastic and the egg weirdly was fallingapart. I usually go somewhere else always for breakfast food but once in awhile I get stuck here. My request for sugar packetswas greeted with confusion and my initial order taker barked "Anything else" extremely loud after the coffee order and thensandwich order, so I was almost reluctant to ask for extra cheese but because I hate the food here I usually try to drown it outwith cheese... BUT overall the feeling of being a bother to the employee will never sit right smh. I need to get a better coffeemaker and more eggs this was not worth the $7 something it cost. Read more
Ordered and waited as one of the two employees invited her boyfriend and boyfriend?s kid behind the counter and stopped all... production to make them their drinks and food. The very worst Dunkin donuts I have ever been to. The entire staff was rude. Got the three orders in front of me wrong. I... ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese on the side. Got a cold bagel. Ask for it to be toasted. She rolled her eyes, toastedit, and shoved the bagel towards me, not even in a bag. I had to wait for other staff to get the cream cheese. Miserable, dirty,and rude. Consistently understaffed. Every time we decide to go inside and every time that was a mistake. They prefer drive through over... lobby customers. Two weeks ago, we waited five minutes to even be acknowledged by a worker and then another three minutes beforethey helped us. Today my husband was stuck in there for 14 minutes before returning with four muffins!! I work in the foodservice industry, so I know that people tend to exaggerate when they give a time reference like that. But I looked at my watchand stopped the time - I am not exaggerating here. A few months back, one of their servers went on a rant about how much theyhate working there because management and more tenured workers don't care and rather "work" in the back than help them out withtaking orders. We gave them the benefit of the doubt way too many times. After being disappointed and ignored on every visit formonths, we finally decided not to return ever again. This location needs to figure out what management can do to properly trainand retain people. Paying slightly above minimum pay is not enough. It would help to look at staffing levels or have workersshare the duties. It also doesn't hurt to smile once in a while. Read more
