horrible communication! We called for a birthday party to reserve some lanes, we were told it's first come first serve. to get... there the earlier the better. we bring 14 kids and come in at 12:45 to find out in person that they have a private event till 5pm. no mention on the phone no mention on the site their response is, oh, I'm sorry and turned around and walked away Read more
My family and I always have a great time here. The place is beautiful, the bar and restaurant look amazing and they also have... an arcade! It is always clean and the staff are very kind and respectful. Nothing but good times here for us. Read more

The bowling lanes here are great, especially if you go with kids. Our kids had a blast, and there are many "tools" to make... bowling kids friendly, such as a tiny dinosaur ramp to help kids aim as they play. There are lanes with smaller balls as well.We went on Saturday around 4:30pm and it wasn't too crowded with adults, got discounted rate, and there was essentially no wait,all of which are great things for a family. Just a warning to not eat in the restaurant there. I left a review for it that youcan check. Certainly we are going back to bowl, but certainly too that we won't eat there. Read more
We had a great time at Wamesit Lanes. The bowling lanes are clean and orderly and the whole family had fun. The kids also got to... briefly enjoy the arcade, (which I secretly wish they didn?t have because it?s noisy and the kids blow through their creditspretty quickly). The down side is that it gets pricey for a two-hour time entertainment, not an outing we can make a habit of,but a place we?ll keep as an option and with an eye open for any specials, so we can return. Perfect entertainment center for the area. Has everything for everybody. If you're a competitive person, there is more than... enough here to keep you busy. Outdoor seating is AWESOME and everything is designed so well. The wait is crazy on weekends andvacation weeks usually, but that's expected. Love seeing what they've done for the community. BEST BEST BEST bowling place I have ever been to!!! Thanks to my company, we had our holiday party here within this giant... private bowling room with 8 lanes. Can you image how I feel when I first saw this place? Awesome!! The facility is pretty newand stylish. They even have bumpers on the lane for beginners like me. The food and drink is also great! Especially the steaktips. The staff is also very kind and helpful. Would definitely come back with my family. Read more
I hosted a birthday party last week and it was fun. The reason I took 2 stars off is because our waitress and a few staff... members were very rude and unprofessional. The service was just okay and the waitress kept ignoring us saying that "she's verybusy". I called the Sales office 2 times in 2 different days to ask if it's okay to bring a cake and I was informed that as longas I pay the serving fee and the cake is store bought and nut-free it's okay. I'm honestly not sure why they charged me for thecake serving fee as I had to cut the cake (no knives provided, luckily one of our guests had a plastic knife) and serve it! Aswe were having the cake, one of the staff literally cornered my younger sister and told her that she cannot "just bring a cakehere" because they don't allow anyone to bring a cake!! When I told her that I spoke with the Sales office ahead of time andpaid for the serving fee already, she asked me if I "actually paid for it"!!!! After all of this, we decided to stick to thegratuity that was automatically added to our final bill but the waitress kept asking us if we want to add anything to theauto-gratuity which made me and my guests very uncomfortable.
