Came to the drive thru... ordered the 12 piece bucket combo ... crispy... the sign said any 3 large sides but the girl said two... large mash pot an coleslaw... ok i love their cole slaw... got home an they gave me wrong order gave me 8pc with one large mashpot and mac and cheese... i tried calling no answer... chicken way over cooked... mac an cheese dry...only thing tasted good waspoy an gravy but mostly upset i paid for the 12 piece an didnt get it.. wasnt worth going all the way back there... they lost mybusiness Read more
When I went in to pick up my call in order, there were five to six people in the lobby waiting on their chicken. They said they... have been there anywhere from 35 minutes to an hour waiting. That's crazy Read more

This is KFC's idea of a 4 piece meal. Tiny pieces of overcooked chicken (the one on the upper right that looks like a chicken... tender is actually a leg piece) and a bowl of gravy with a dollop of mashed potatoes. We received 2 of these meals and a chickentender meal, and a famous bowl(with 6 'popcorn chicken' pieces barely the size of marbles and of similar texture), all of thesame miniature size and poor quality. None of the requested sauce, napkins, side of potatoes were in our bags either. Worst KFCexperience we have ever had. Read more
