Brought family out for Thanksgiving. Everyone's food except for my other and her sister never received her food after a hour... after everyone else received theirs. She finally received it but had to have it taken back 4 times because it was either wrongor missing something. The food that was received was good but 2 people never got to eat what they ordered. Was a Hostess for Applebee's. Some of the waitress's were very rude and didn't pay me the correct amount I should have been... given. The last day I had gone to pick up the last of the money I only had gotten two $5 bills. One manager was male and verysexist. I was trying to seat a party of at least 15. I had gotten no help and at least some of the customers had understood thatI was really one of the only people working there trying to get everyone taken care of. Also a Hostess is not supposed to getthe food or drink that is the waitress's job. My overall job was to welcome and seat people and see if they needed anything andclean clean clean. I'm glad the waiters were nicer to me though. The waiters would always see if I needed any help so thank you.Also thank you to the customers who saw that I was trying my best under certain circumstances. :) Read more
Most of the time the steak is cooked well as with anywhere you got to catch the right chef in the kitchen. Picking up in... drive-thru they greet me quickly and get my food out promptly Read more
We had a wonderful waiter. He was genuinely pleasant. Not fake-flair ala Jennifer Aniston in Office Space. The booth table was... comfortable. However, the food was bland. There were maybe 5 thin almond slices, very little mixd greens -mostly plain lettuce,chicken was more batter than chicken, the dressing had no flavor and no oriental spice to it. Made the mistake of coming back. It's months later and had gotten worse. Much worse! Tables are sticky, can't get a refill, took... for ever to even get an order placed. When it finally came it's wrong. Ordered steak and got chicken. It's not even busy, about7 tables with people and 2 at the bar. Total waste of time and money. Drinks came right out and we ordered then. 50 min lateronly being checked by the waitress once we finally got our food. Who would of guessed, even after I asked her to write itdown... it was wrong. Also stay away from the green beans. I would have rather eaten then raw. Steak and shrimp was good,drinks when we could get them we good, but all in all it will bea looking time before I come back. It was 11 on a saturday and the doors were still locked. Table was sticky, floors and booth was dirty. Only 2 other cars showed... up while we were there and almost the entire staff was just sitting along with management. Food was pretty good but for theprice I should've went elsewhere where the restaurant is actually clean. Read more

The Manager called and did everything he could to correct the emplyees and square away the below issues. Thank you. Will give... the another chance as I/we should. Horrible service. The place was nasty, sticky tables, shoes stuck to floors, the placesmelled unclean like a third world bathroom, smelled like year old food, unclean. My glass had a dirty smell and after taste ofold food. The glasses was rinsed in dirty sink water then reused. Got there at 07:15pm 09/15/2022 the watress never took ourorder. At about 08:30 pm the Waitress sat down with her young kids and their backpacks (waiting to leave, maybe), anotherwaitress asked her to do her job, yet the bartender told her dont worry about it... We finally left about nine and went toOnTheBorder. I still gave a tip to the second waitress for at least saying something. This Applebee's need a health inspection,new management, CLOSED until completely ckean, sanitized, and the staff trained and mandated to maintain cleanliness! Waitressand Nasty place loss $1200.00 in food in drinks from our group and the $300 tip. Maybe Internal strife or child care issues, yetthat cost me time and effort, loss the resturant customers and money, and the place needs to be shutdown before they killsomeone! Read more
