Great service by the manager. Had a little longer wait than usual so my order was refunded.
Slow wait time, and she didn't post my total, or call back my order. Onions on a sandwich I didn't order. ( Wrong sandwich and I... ordered no onions.) Waiting 6 minutes with NO OTHER CARS in the drive thru just to place my order. Fries were undercooked orold. Worst experience ever at Atlanta, Tx Burger King. Read more
Today while getting a quick bite to eat f or work. I stopped at the location on Hwy 59. The lady at the Window acted as if my... presence bothered her. She had long dreads with blonde in the lower half. I figured maybe she had a bad day so I pressed forwardand wished her a happy Easter. She silently stared at me. Tilting her head in confusion and finally muttered huh? I repeatedmyself a third time and she finally mutters oh. Until this employee finds another job. I'll stay away. If your lover of flies in your food then this is the restaurant for you! Dead flies on the windows, tables and a few survivors... flying around your head to make sure you are enjoying your meal. There was also a nice hole in the ceiling with several bucketscollecting dripping water. The service was super slow considering we were one of two families there. This is about the only Burger King I will go to that's in TXK. It took the manager ten minutes to tell me they didn't have... something that at an employee offered that I didn't even plan on getting. While the kitchen staff has headphones, earbuds justdancing around while the employee kept on asking about the ghost nuggets ...lol. So after ten minutes pass the Mgr says we don'thave them. The manager was outside on a smoke break. That for some reason the cigarette they were smoking on smelled likeskunk... ? I don't knock people for their choices but thank you for me for teaching my son a life lesson. No matter if you workat BK or a Doctor . Take your job seriously! Read more
