Good food, but they stay super busy.
Always a great experience with this location. The staff are all very attentive, intuitive, and seem to have a sunny disposition... no matter what's going on. Chick-fil-A is an all time favorite of mine. Where I'm from the closest is an hour away. So when ever I get a chance I snag... myself a spicy chicken sandwich! The staff was kind and friendly, the food was amazing. And the wait was only 4 minutes in thebusy lunch rush. It is inside, but it was nice to get out of the car and stretch the legs. Read more
Inside the mall off of Richmond Road in Texarkana, Texas ... We ate at the Chick-fil-A there. Exceptional service in placing... our order and receiving it so promptly. Always courteous staff, whether you dine in ,Or go thru the drive thru. Most of the workers are young, but they all have nice... appearances, name tags on,with their clothes neat, and shirts tucked in. They smile, and act like they like their jobs/ or theyare good actors and pretend very well if they don?t. I have been going to this location for 10+ years, and have never had a badexperience, or a worker be rude to me.The prices are ok,and refills with a smile are free. When it?s busy like today when Iwent, a worker(Wesley I think), was outside by the speaker taking orders to help speed things up.Lauren gave me my food st thewindow. I read that they will be closing soon for several weeks to do some major repairs, and adding another lane for drivethru. I hate to have them be closed, but... when they re/open-it will so be worth the wait? and faster service!! Read more
This location's food is average. The staff are bland. The kid's play area is being used for storage. I'd say subpar management.
