Sat in line at the drive thru for five minutes waiting to order, sat another seven minutes in line waiting on food. A server... came out and brought me my tea and took payment for my order. She came back with my change but no food. I finally reached thewindow only to learn that my order was still delayed bacause the chicken wasn't cooked! A CHICKEN PLACE THAT DOESN"T HAVECHICKEN COOKED? POOR MANAGEMENT! ASKED FOR A REFUND, WORKERS ACTED LIKE I WAS SPEAKING CHINESE. I LEFT WITHOUT MY REFUND!!! WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING OR RETURNING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN! Do yourself a favor and drive over to the chicken express on 7th st. It will save you time and patience! 7th st is amazing... and the hospitality is amazing. Richmond rd is barely winging it. Tried them again for a third time and they once again failed! I even called the order in! $70 order and still messed up! This is what happens when kids are running a business!! Read more

So it wasn't enough to mess my order by giving and charging me for 3 pc dinners instead of 2 pc like I ordered. No big deal,... there was a long line waiting so I just paid the extra. However, I specifically asked about tarter sauce TWICE and tried to payfor it since there's a sign saying you have to ORDER any sauces for 35 cents each. I was told TWICE that it comes with one each.Took the girls word for it and left. Obviously that was a mistake since I opened the boxes and bag back at the office to find NOsauces of any kind. Word of advice of you go here: don't try to be courteous to other patrons and leave the drive thru windowwithout checking EVERYTHING. Read more
On 6/29 @ 12:03 p.m, we ordered 2 combos. A # 1 and a 2 piece fish combo. The tenders were by no means fresh and practically... inedible as was the fish. I called and spoke with the manager on duty and she informed me that I would have to bring the foodback b4 a refund or meal replacement could happen. I wasn't trying to get a free meal! I just wanted to let them know, period!The young lady was very nonchalant and really didn't seem to care! Conclusion to the matter, I did not return nor will I everagain. My family and I frequent this Chicken Express on Arkansas Blvd at least 4 to 5 times weekly. Not anymore! Read more

We LOVE Chicken Express' catfish, but generally get the fish by itself as we're not crazy about their sides. GREAT iced tea!
