First time back in over a year after a bad experience. I can actually say after tonight that the service and food was... excellent! It's a laid-back atmosphere with a small bar, a few tvs, and music plays in the background. Read more
Wife and I eat at here every 4-6 weeks. Always clean. Very friendly servers, and the food is always great. This location must... have had some issues after reopening from covid, because it never has regained its popularity here in town. Usually 90% empty.We always walk right in and get seated immediately. I have heard a lot of folks talk about how dirty the place was, how bad theservice was, and the food was not good. My family loves Chili?s! But isn?t it a favorite of everyone!! Great food, Great service, and clean! Love that there always... something for every person! Have to say tho very disappointed the company discontinued the Chicken Fried Steak! Everyone lovedit!! It was my hubby?s fave! I got the original nachos that were supposed to have ground beef on them. There wasn't a piece of meat anywhere on them. Just... beans and cheese and they were so burnt. The best thing that I got from there were some chips and salsa that I got on rewardpoints. I think I'm going to order from a place I know the food will be good from now on. If they had been really busy, I mighthave understood al little more, but there wasn't 7 cars in the whole parking lot. Read more
