Wife and I eat at here every 4-6 weeks. Always clean. Very friendly servers, and the food is always great. This location must... have had some issues after reopening from covid, because it never has regained its popularity here in town. Usually 90% empty.We always walk right in and get seated immediately. I have heard a lot of folks talk about how dirty the place was, how bad theservice was, and the food was not good. Just had lunch to go from here. Ordered carna asada for both of us. My picky eater and former restaurant owner loved it and so... did I. The meat was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. The black beans were tasty too. Will definitely be going back. Read more
My family loves Chili?s! But isn?t it a favorite of everyone!! Great food, Great service, and clean! Love that there always... something for every person! Have to say tho very disappointed the company discontinued the Chicken Fried Steak! Everyone lovedit!! It was my hubby?s fave! Arrived with a party of 6 and only had a short wait before being seated. Our server was Kyle and he was terrific. Our drinks... were ordered and served. The appetizers were prepared and served hot and delicious. Our entrees were served as efficiently andtimely as everything else. Our drinks were refilled as quickly as we drank them. Needless to say, we were satiated beforeanyone could mention dessert. A most enjoyable meal was had by all. The service was so at first. But everything was great. The food was good and server was awesome.
This was my 2nd time visiting. Last time I visited on a weekend and reserved a table by calling them. This time I visited for... dinner on a weekday without calling and they said the wait would be about 30 mins. More than half the tables were empty and theyweren?t willing to use those for anyone. The waitress was totally not in a mood and was just serving us for the sake of it. Idon?t know if it was just that lady or everyone else, but I did not have a good experience because of that. The stars I gave arejust for food. Its great. I love their fajitas and the desserts. To conclude- please call in advance to reserve a table. Thewait will always be more than 15-20 mins. Read more
I got the original nachos that were supposed to have ground beef on them. There wasn't a piece of meat anywhere on them. Just... beans and cheese and they were so burnt. The best thing that I got from there were some chips and salsa that I got on rewardpoints. I think I'm going to order from a place I know the food will be good from now on. If they had been really busy, I mighthave understood al little more, but there wasn't 7 cars in the whole parking lot. Read more
