I ordered online and they skipped my order. The estimated pick up was 6:10pm. I waited until 6:30pm. Checked with the employee... and they somehow found the order in the system that was skipped and started making it. They?re just really really slow, and didnot give me the chips I paid for. Although the food is world class, I was was overcharged for my food. When i confronted the employee about the abnormally high... price, she would not bother to check and just said thats the price. After getting the printed receipt i saw that she had doubledthe order. I politely pointed out that i had found her mistake, and she said ?well it was pretty close?. I love the Food of Chipotle , my complaint is not in regards to the Food but in Regards to Customer Service of over the phone.... Attempted to call the store numerous amount of times , however their animated receiver would not allow me to physically call thestore and speak with the representatives. As much as a side of guac costs... You'd think they'd ensure it got into the bag! Can't call, they won't answer. Traffic is... horrific, not going back. I get it, they're busy. Money does not grow on trees. It's made of a specific type of tree. I'm highlyupset. The food is excellent, but they're SLOW. I put in my food order through the app and drove straight there. It took them 25... minutes from the time it was received to finish my order. I barely had time to eat it before I had to go back to work. I hadother things I needed to do on my lunch. Read more
WORST experience ever at chipotle. The restaurant was messy, employees were rude, and the manager had a nasty attitude. While... checking out, I found a hair on my food and the girl serving me simply picked it off and still tried to serve it to me. The girlwho was checking me out delivered the wrong change and didn?t know that two twenties and a ten equaled $50 instead of $70.Instead of issuing me a refund, the manager was rude and asked me why I hadn?t complained earlier and said nothing was wrongsince she remade it even though I had to ask her to make it. This is my first time going here. I got the steak burrito with pinto beans, white rice, sour cream, cheese, guac, and lettuce.... Huge! Very good! We got the Berry Agua Fresca and the Hibiscus Lemonade, both were great! And the chips and salsa were good.Salsa had a really good spice to it but had a taste of chilli powder. Overall, it was great.
