We called in an order and they told us it would be about 15 minutes, we showed up and they had a sit in the parking lot for 10... minutes and then when I went back to the window they told me it would be another 20 minutes. Ordered online. Was told online 20m. Got to the store 35m after ordering and was told it would still be 45m!! Had to cancel... order bc we are traveling back to NY and cant wait that long. Didn't even get offered a coupon or anything. Read more
So not recommend. The service was terrible. The delivery driver did not delivery my order and when I called she said she didn?t... know where the address was and never informed me about it. Then wouldn?t redeliver and the GM was very rude and didn?t want togive me a refund. Read more
This dominos location hasn?t always been bad, and the staff is friendly, but some change must have happened in the past couple... of months because the wait times here have gotten ridiculous. I have waited over an hour for orders multiple times wheninitially and repeatedly given short 10-20 minute wait times with no updates or info from the store. Read more
We are in town because our truck is broke down. Had no choice but to order in. The pizza we ordered was burnt and dry. We called... to let them know. The said they would remake it and bring it in about an hour. It's been 2 hours and they are about to close. Myhusband and I spent over an hour on hold. Still no remake. Just burnt dry pizza.
