We went Sunday night. The food was pretty good but the service was not great. I had never been there and told the cashier that,... he would not explain anything and the huffed when I asked him how the salad bar went. The guy cleaning tables was absolutelygreat but everyone else seemed very negative. Read more

Uh oh! 40 minutes to get food. Word on the street is that the store manager left early, just before the after church lunch... rush, and they were already short by one staff member on the line. Shame on you manager! But huge kudos for the rest of thestaff for getting through it. First time getting the kids pasta It was tasty, daughter ate it well. Read more

Food is decent but the tables and floor were filthy.. It would be nice if they took the time to sweep and clean the place. My... impression when I see a place thus dirty is that the associates don't care. If they leave the place this dirty, why would theycare about the food? Won't be back to this location anytime soon. Too bad too. Every other Jason's I've been to has been alotcleaner. Read more

I had eaten here several times before and it was always good. Not this time. I was sadly disappointed. The place was dirty. The... sandwich bread was so hard. It did not come out like it was suppose to. Who leaves the pickle off the meal? If that is what itsays it comes with. The sweet tea was sour. Don?t ask for it to be corrected because that is like getting congress to passsomething. I understand supply issues and rising cost. I also know how hard it is to get help. That is still no excuse forquality and service. I would rather change what I am ordering, pay more and have a longer wait time then to come to a place likethis. Read more

Great job for Jason?s in Rockwall had large catering order to pick up right after opening time on Sunday. Walked in picked up... no problems. As always good service and they never forget plates, napkins forks, spoons and condiments as some times happenswhen you are catering lunch Missing any of these things means, you leave the event and go buy them at the last minute! Greatjob , good food, good service. Short staff everywhere but they got it done! Read more

The food was good, but I think the staff needs some help and some direction from management. The entire restaurant was dirty.... And I mean that literally. The floor, the chairs, the tables, all of it was covered in sticky, gross, dusty debris. Our feetstuck to the floor and it felt like the table had been wiped maybe once that morning and left to just collect dust and food allday and get gross and sticky. Most of the tables hadn't been bussed, so seating in the mostly empty restaurant was actually hardto find because we needed a table for 4 and most of those were covered in dirty dishes. The salad bar appeared.... unloved, soour usual favorite at a Jason's was skipped. The water from the soda fountain tasted like the lines hadn't been cleaned in,well.... ever. Had a distinct algae flavor. Took my son to the bathroom and found the men's room toilet clogged and activelyoverflowing. I advised a staff member of this and their reaction was "OK" and they went back to picking up food from the floor.Overall, the food was OK, not great, most of it came out correct but had to ask twice for silverware, and the kids food waslukewarm. We usually find Jason's locations to be spotless, some of the best in the quick service industry, but this location isstruggling. Read more

We have loved Jason's deli for years and were thrilled when the salad bar came back. We have been to a Jason's in Little Rock... and one in Austin several times since that happened and experienced the same quality as we expected before covid TODAY howeverwas a huge disappointment. First there were no lemons for beverages. Next there were a huge number of items that wereconspicuously absent from the salad bar. ,,,No green peas, no garbanzo beans, no bean salad, no pepperoni, no ham and pea salad,no blue cheese...these were just the things I am used to seeing. It was very disappointing and the managers response was ...wejust don't have the same selections. Texarkana Jason's is a must miss. Read more
