Everytime I come to the New Boston Rd. location, I try to order extra crispy chicken. They tell me it will be 30 minutes. ... Today, I ordered online and arrived 25 minutes later. They told me they didn't have the order yet and it would be 30 minutes. They didn't even have any customers here. I am mad and hungry. The don't prepare extra crispy ahead of time. This is called fresh and made when you order ???? Let me tell you , my husband stoped to pick up dinner for us. He asked for 3... pc leg meal and 5$ fill up for myself.. When he arrived home and we sat down to eat my meal as you can see the grease isdrowning on the chicken, the biscuit was hard as a rock, but the potatoes are good oh yeah they did not give us our drinkseither... Been waiting in the parking lot along with 6 other customers for 45 minutes. Also was charged $27.49 for 10 Piece meal . The... drive thru and website advertised 10 Piece meal with a Free Chocolate cake for $10.99. The employee stated they are no longeroffering that promotion and they have someone change the advertising an it has not been updated yet. I called the KFC onstateline and asked if they're offering the promotion and was told they were. The receipt even shows a free chocolate cake. Iwent inside and the employee's have changed the price for the same promotion to $27.49. Never going back again and urge anyoneelse to go else where. These employee's need to be fired and charged for theft. Read more
We were told they had no chicken. Had to get strips. They gave me crispy instead of original, and for the 100th time, they had... no Dr. Pepper. Service seemed to be bothered that we were in the drive-through. They told us five minutes for the hot strips,and it was almost 15 minutes. These guys really need some cs refreshers! Read more
