I ordered my food and no one was in the store but me at the time. About 10 min later several customers came in and ordered.... After waiting for almost 30 min, customers after me started receiving their order, a total of 6 customers. I asked where was myorder and was told that it was in the oven. So when I asked they haven't even started on my order, so I had to wait another 15min for my food. Very disappointed. Read more
The poor manager was having a rough time getting her staff to prepare the orders. She discovered the order printer the cooks... uses had run out of paper, so they were unable to make the pizzas for the rapidly growing line of angry customers. Read more
This place use to be my favorite location now it is going south!! Whomever is in the kitchen now needs some more training or... care more about his/her job because the pizza is not good at all! ????????????????RECEIVED WRONG ORDER????????????????Family was feeling like pizza for dinner. Tried to order through the app and... the order wouldn't transmit. Called and asked for delivery and they said they do t do delivery then hung up. I should have runfrom there but tried to do another order but for pick up / take out. Order still would not transmit. Called them back to placethe pu order and found their credit card machine was down so orders wouldn't send and for this order need to bring exact cashfor the order. 1.40 minutes later I canceled my order. Thank goodness someone had canceled in front of me. I ended up buying his pizzas. The... staff was making extra pizzas when they were 2 hours behind on orders! Ordered before they even opened, by 11am (when they open) it said our order was ready. We got there at 11:05am and their doors... were locked. They didn?t unlock them until 11:15am despite me trying to open the door twice and making accidental eye contactwith the lady behind the counter trying to see if there was anyone inside. Our order was already ready, but they just weren?tunlocking the doors. When we finally got our pizzas and got home to eat, they were overcooked. Read more
