Was okay. Just had a club sandwich and fries. Used to be one of our favorite places to go pick up lunch, but a couple of... not-so-good experiences left a bad taste in our mouths and we don't think about going there much any more. Read more

My wife and I were going to eat. They asked where I would like to go eat. I said I wanted just plain ole good "Merkin" food. Not... from a pretend to be chain store either. My geandson said, "I know just the place." We arrived at The Lunch Box. On sight I hadquestions, but onward we went. Rustic might be the description. Once inside, the place was packed. Today's menu was on a boardbehind the register. You could choose meats, after picking your meat, the sides are all order of the day. The staff wasexcellent and attentive. The food was served quickly, and hot. It was not mama's cooking, but mama would have liked to eatthere. That good! Now get this! $9.00 tax included, with salad and dessert thrown in.
