Love the tea but I just left from picking up my order and was very disappointed. Ordered a club and this is the third time i... didn?t have bacon on my sandwich and an excessive amount of mustard. Looked like they just slapped all the ingredients on top ofeach other and threw it in a box. Edit: just opened the soup i also ordered and it was freezing cold. Potato soup with no baconor cheese on top and looks very watered down. Also the pickle i asked for was not even a pickle, it looked like someone hadeaten the inside and left the skin. I order from here all the time and it continues to get worse everytime. If they didn?t havebacon that should have been said at the window so I could?ve requested a refund. Read more
Had a turkey sandwich which was pretty good, but the chicken and dumping soup stole the show. The soup was flavorful and... extremely tasty. If you get in the mood for chicken and dumping soup, this is a good place. Overall very satisfied with myexperience. Read more
My husband and I used the app to order at our table. His food came and the team member said he would be right back with mine.... Fifteen or twenty minutes later, I had to have my husband go ask about my food. They apparently had not even prepared it. When Igot my baked potato, it was so over cooked it tasted like rubber. I happened to post about it on Twitter and the McAlister?saccount reached out and said the franchisee would be in touch. I haven?t heard a word. It?s really disappointing because I enjoyMcAlister?s but I probably won?t return for a while. Update: I reached back out to the McAlister?s Twitter and was told that myconcern got ?caught? in their system but has now been successfully submitted to the location. Who knows if I?ll actually hearfrom anyone. Read more
Every time I eat at McAlister's, there is always a problem w/ missing items. Everyone is so nice there & I always have a convo... w/ whomever is working the window but no matter what I order, all items are not there. I love McAlister's but the missing itemshappen far too often! I would love to get what I pay for, moving forward. Only wrote a review so that things can change. Read more
I?m a fan of McAlister?s in general. The tea is always fresh and lots of food options for our family. This particular restaurant... was not a great experience as it was not clean. When it came time to find our seats, there were no tables large enough for ourfamily of 6 that had been wiped down. There were employees clearing tables and sweeping up small messes, but not cleaning. Ourshoes were sticking to the floor and it was difficult to slide the chairs around the table because the floor was so dirty. I raninto the restroom before leaving and found a caution sign with a large wet spot- looked like the sink was leaking all over thefloor in there. Overall just a strange time. No complaints about food or service, just cleanliness. Read more

Amazing sandwich place. I just love their breads. Very soft and fresh. Definitely try the spicy southwest chipotle sandwich. I?d... recommend it if you like a little spice. Overall the staff is very friendly and the orders are completed very quickly. It?s afairly big restaurant to dine in. They?re taking good social distancing measures for covid-19. Read more
As usual, food was pretty good and the restaurant was clean. Can always count on McAlister's to be an ideal stop for a bite.
