Today makes 3 visits to this location in which I was not given a receipt.I had a coffee and a McDuffie. The macmuffin seemed... old and was scorched around the edge. The little sliver of ham was very hard and difficult thew chew. About a month ago I dida survey and wrote the confirmation number on my receipt. When I went back to the same McDonald's resturant, the cashier toldme that my confirmation # could only have up to 4 digits, so my number was rejected. Note: I have used the receipt surveyseveral times and have never been given a four digit conf #. Something is wrong at this store and it should be corrected ASAP. I usually make at least one trip to this store every other week but am going to wait a couple months before going back. Read more
Food was old had been made for some time , it was busy an they were understaffed therefore on edge went through drive thru as... well an order taker kept interrupting me with will that be all. Dining area was not stocked trash over flowing. Read more
Had a small problem with order, called manager and issue was fixed very promptly. Very friendly service
McDonald's crew were cussing really loudly while children were present. They were with their managers on duty and still yelling... at each other. I asked for sweet tea and neither the behind the counter tea or the one by the soda machines were sweet they wereboth unsweet. Food came out okay. Read more
We came through the drive thru on 7-21-22 (Thursday) at 9:08 am and my hash browns were missing so my husband went in to get... them and this black lady said "oh I know I put them in the bag. He probably ate them and wants another one." What kind of personsays that right in front of the customer. This is so sad. I won't be back to this location. Nobody wants to spend their moneysomewhere and be treated like a liar. Read more
I went and got dinner at this location with my husband. Waited for our food like normal. A guy brings out the food and was like... who ordered all this food ? looked at me and said oh must?ve been the fat girl and handed it to me. Never in my life have I hadto deal with this type of situation. It almost didn?t seem real that those words were said to me. Read more
Once again I stopped by for a quick breakfast sandwich combo as I often do when I am out and about early. I was not... disappointed. My order was taken at the drive thru quickly. The employee at the window greeted me with a smile as I paid. Again, at the pick up window I was greeted by a friendly employee who handed me my food. It was just what I ordered and Ienjoyed it very much. Read more
