This is far the worst service I've ever had!!!! Employees are very RUDE as well as all the managers including the General... Manager!!!! I have been in fast food management for over 20 years and let me tell you I'd fire everyone and run a skeleton crewthan deliver bad customer service and bad quality service all the way around. So to the District Manager and Owners the Ashdown,Summer Hill and State line stores need to see you guys more often as well as a secret shopper weekly. Read more

Not often I comment on McDonald's because they are all about the same...mediocre. But I must say, I travel by here almost... monthly (for quite a few years) and get breakfast nearly every time and yet to be disappointed. Fresh, hot food, quick service,friendly staff, clean premises. Read more
Had to come here after saint Michael's drive location couldn't get there diet coke syrup changed out. Ordered two large diet... cokes here and the lady giving me a drink asked if we had the dr peppers and I told her no. she looked up at the screen and said"yea, diet coke. Here you go" and as soon as I took the lid off mine to test before driving off she got an attitude and when Itold her no these where dr peppers she got mad at us. Me and my grandmother getting attitude because ya'll messed up a drinkorder. How sad is that? As I stated in my email to corporate, the Texarkana locations are past due for corporate intervention. I ordered a large fry and a large coke on the app using the deal for a free large fry with purchase. The app showed that I was... being charged 1.08. I was actually charged 4.75. This would have been the amount of the charge without the discount. I pointedthis out to the store manager who told me that there was nothing they could do since I ordered through the app. I asked what Ineeded to do to correct the charge and she replied "I don't know. We don't have anything to do with the app." The employeeworking the drive thru window looked at me and said "So do you want this or not. You're holding up our line." I order on the appalmost daily and have never had this happen before. Being overcharged is bad enough, but the fact that the employees were rudeon top of it made a bad experience worse. Read more

We was completely ignored when we pulled up to the first drive thru. We wait at least 5 minutes and even watched as customers... that should have been after us gave their orders in the second drive thru. We finally had to backup and go to the second drivethru. Then as we was giving our order there, we watched as customers in the first drive thru gave their orders ????. So expectto be ignored???? Read more
