I love the food and service at this McDonald's restaurant. They early staff (before 2 pm) is terrific.
Went to get a breakfast biscuit. Food was hot and tasty. Staff was helpful and friendly.
We love carmel Frappuccinos, but they have raised the price and cut back on the product. They used to be neatly prepared but now... they are messy when given to you. Read more

This location needs to be closed permanently!! I have not been in a while to this location and today I went there hoping they... could redeem themselves. I don't like food that's been setting cold for hours so when you speak to the manager directly andexplain politely that would like 2 full bags of nuggets dropped fresh, and drop them twice and she says I GOT YOU! I asked hervery specifically too do not let them drop nuggets that have been cooked already a 2nd time because it is illegal to recook foodthat has been sitting. Health department will be notified after this visit. They not only recooked nuggets that had been sittingfor who knows how long they literally had some that were raw as can be, some that were so burnt the meat looked like it had beensmashed by a hammer, and the rest were so soggy they dripped from them. 48 nuggets were bought, $17.40, pictures were taken,food was thrown away, I wouldn't even feed that to a stray animal. I want the general manager of Richmond Road Texarkana, Texaslocation to contact me directly, and then expect a health department visit. This was #2 visit and there won't be a 3rd. Staff was very courteous, place was clean, food was well prepared, fresh and hot. Counter allowed substitution of sausage patty... to bacon stripes for the ordered big breakfast. The wifi here is good and fast, allowing me to set up Google maps for my nextdrive. Enjoyed the bottomless drink from the fountain. The decor is different in a good way. I recommend this McDonalds. Love this McDonalds because post-COVID, they were the first location I am aware of in the Texarkana area that has reopened the... play place for kids to have fun during the winter months when it's a bit too cold to go to the local parks. Thumbs up! Read more
