didn't get the order right I ordered light pizza sauce on the pizza and the didn't place any. very unhappy with this
We had 2 options for delivery Pizza Hut and another we choose pizza hut and added extra cheese for a upcharge.. 51-61 min... delivery.. it took 70 which is OK alot of traffic and one way streets were we were at.. a hotel in a busy area..lol.. so weunderstood that..the driver wasn't real friendly but also OK we aren't here for conversation..Lol.. very disappointed in amountof cheese which we paid extra for more cheese.. 1 piece had alot a few of the pieces hardly none.. overall though the pizza hadgood flavor and crust was perfect ++ Read more
Ordered some pretty basic items. Stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese, sausage, and pepperoni, and cheese sticks. Pizza was not... to order. Light on cheese and not stuffed crust. I paid a pretty good tip too on top of a premium price (42 after tip). Not veryhappy for za and sticks. Read more

1st time ordering from them. Started off good. Ordered delivery, showed up 10 minutes before I was quoted, only to realize they... messed up our order. No biggie, it happens, called to find out their new cook made a mistake. I was told a new product wasgoing into the oven immediately and would arrive at my apt shortly.. Here I am 1½ hrs later, without the correct order and nocontact from the store. Disappointed is an understatement. Needless to say we're not ordering from them again. Read more
Ordered a pizza, paid $45 for it and the app said "loading delivery details". 30 minutes later there were Still no delivery... details but please believe they had drafted their funds from my account. I called in to see when they would deliver our foodand they said that they wouldn't be because they didn't have record of a delivery order from our phone number or address. Yessomehow they did have our funds. This is the 2nd time this has happened ordering from this location and I have not had thisissue at any other Pizza Hut location. Don't waste your time period we will be reporting this location to the Better BusinessBureau. Read more
We had my grandsons birthday party here and because it was just the main family we didn't reserve anything but the young guy at... the counter was AWESOME!! He quickly put together a couple of tables and said we could decorate the little area if we wanted. Hegot our pizzas right out to us and checked on us periodically. I was so pleased with the outcome of my grandsons party. Itshowed me that there are still a few good people who enjoys showing kindness to others. The pizzas came quickly after orderingand was delicious. They were much better tasting than the one on 7th street. Read more
