Rainy night so I ordered pizza and wings online. Food came quicker than I expected and everything was hot, fresh and tasted... great. They even put my black olives on the left side. My only criticism is that I always asks for my pizza to be baked "welldone" and they never do it. Other than that it was great. Read more
We ordered two different pizza's online. However the the online order was incorrect. It was delivered and wrong. I was told it... wasn't there fault if the order came in through the internet wrong. We ordered my pizza from Ez-Mart it was better and I willorder from them from now on. So disappointed that Pizza Hut wouldn't fix there mistake. Read more
Gve me the wrong pizza on my break. Called and told them it was wrong, and 10 minutes later they told me to bring it back ans... pick up a remade, fresh pizza. When I got there, she began making it. I did not have time to wait and left. Read more
Not very happy with 7th st. Ordered food at 2:20 had a message saying it was out for delivery at 3:02 called at 3:20 lady said... it was on its way. I guess they lost my food or just lazy I wish we didn't have to use them for delivery I will drive to theother one form now on I hope they like not getting paid and losing a whole store from ordering with them again.. FOREIGN CUSTOMER SERVICE We have always eaten Pizza Hut. Recently, though, we spent over $60 on a delivery order and one pizza... was supposed to have extra sauce but had NONE AT ALL. I wasn't mad at first, these things happen, not trying to be a Karen, BUT... I called our local store # to see what they could do to fix it. Called and got: press 1 to order, press 2 for all other ; pressed 2 and got an ad for car insurance THEN an ad talking about ROACHES and pest control services. (not appetizing whileeating your food) After a confusing direction on what to do next, I just hung up. I honestly thought I had maybe dialed wrong#. NOPE, next time I got same thing. So I pressed 1 (to place order) and got a REAL person, She could barely speak English. I explained what happened and that I thought their customer service line had been hacked. She apologized and said she wouldreport it right away. She said I needed to speak to my local store. She said she would connect me. She put me through to thesame recorded car insurance and pest control ads. The customer feedback was looped where I could NOT even contact Pizza Hutwith my issue. So hopefully, someone with the company will see this. They have lost a customer and after asking around, theyhave lost many because of this issue. We are going to try and chose more locally owned and operated businesses. I looked itup, and it seems India is where we call now when we order pizza by phone and for customer service. There is NO WAY to contactthe local store. This is VERY SAD! Read more
Placed order came before they said it would be ready. Ended up waiting 20min or longer just for someone to come and help us.... They took our $ walked back to back and started working again just to have to wait again anither 10+ min for them to get us ourorder then get home and the food was cold and soggy. We live 5-10 min drive away. There's absolutely no reason food should havebeen cold and soggy. 0 stars. Doubt we will order from there again. Read more
The Pizza Hut in Wake Village is awesome. I placed an online order and it was ready in 15 minutes, the young lady that waited on... me was very nice and a people person. The food was great. I will definitely be ordering from there from now on. Read more
