Ordered pizza online, showed up at location at the time it said to pickup. I was informed then that my pizza would not be ready... for another 20 minutes because it wasn't on display. A bit confused but ok I waited for 20 minutes and came back to thelocation. Upon walking to the counter I was told that it isn't ready yet and it would be a while. I said how long. The womanthen proceeded to tell me the same thing that it wasnt on display that they had to make it in a very demeaning tone. I told herthat I understood all that as I was told before but I've already waited 20 extra minutes from the time I was told to arrive.After getting an attitude about it She finally said that it was in the oven. I said ok and waited there for it to be ready. Shethen told me that the other pizza that I had wanted would be another 20 minutes. I did not have time to wait a full hour and 15minutes for the pizza so I opted to get a different that wasn't what we had ordered. Overall Ive had good experiences at otherlocations and been able to get my pizza in a prompt time without any issue but today was a very bad experience with thislocation. On top of all this when I got home I went to eat my pizza they had just made and it didn't have any sauce on it.. Read more

Excellent service and pizza.
I had a very pleasant experience. My grandson liked the pizza. We plan to go back. I will be looking for a beef Stromboli.
