Ate yesterday at 330pm. I'm used to always go the 1 on Arkansas boulevard. The service is 10 time better on stateline. The food... was way faster. And hot u can tell it just came off the grill and out the frier. 1 burger was messed but we're super nightabout. The manager lady brought it herself and was an amazing manager. I'm not sure what the deal is with this location. The last several times I've gone and ordered here it's taken over 30 minutes... to get my order (never more than 3 items), even with only myself as a waiting customer. The customer service is also not great.I've never complained directly to an employee, or made any remarks in reference - just thanked them and even tipped. However,they're always short, seemingly annoyed and just generally not helpful. This review is simply to offer my recent experience withthis location and possibly save others some time. as usual, it tastes great. the food is served very quickly, and the board keeps you up-to-date about where your food is.... however, almost half of the drive-ins are always out of order. it is very inconvenient. also, the ones that DO work always havesome kind of an error. sometimes, i cant hear the worker that is talking to me, or they cant hear me. sometimes, the buttondoesnt work. and there have been a few times where my order has been completely forgotten. but i still come here, because istill love this place. Other Sonics are better. Went there and the card machine was down. Maybe letting you customers know this ahead of time would... help. Wasted my lunch break waiting for ever. Then when the food finally came, no cards. Never going back to that one. Read more
I just ordered at this location at 8:36 in the morning I understand my order was a bit big but it was for 2 people. The waiter... was rude when taking my order and seemed like they did not want to give us certain things, also wrong sized everything that weasked for and before I could protest she hung up the intercom, I wasn't going to argue with someone so I just said whatever.When I got my food it seemed alright except my burger and burrito, my burger had cherry stems in it which was very annoying andnasty and my burrito had tomatoes just clumped up at one side. I will not be eating here again and I suggest no one go in themorning. Read more
