Told after 15 minutes in Drive through that they weren't taking orders in Drive through due to them not having enough people to... work the window and door dash orders. If you don't have the people to work then don't open. They need to shut this location downanyways because yall can't even get an order correct when the customer puts it in at ur machine. Read more

By far, this was the best taco bell experience I have had! We went for breakfast on a road trip and at the time there was only... one person working. Normally this would lead to a bad experience, but this was not the case. The worker was extremely friendly, both on the speaker and the window. We asked if their dining room was open so we could use the restroom since we were on a roadtrip. She said that it wasn't open, but we could come in to use the restroom which was super kind. When the food came out, itwas honestly the best Taco Bell I've had. I know the cinnamon delights are good, but these were next level. If I'm passingthrough Texarkana and am looking for a bite to eat, I am going to this Taco Bell! Read more

Always out of food. ALWAYS. Never get your order right. Do NOT use doordash or any delivery service with them. Take forever.... Owner don?t care. I don?t know what the wages are but there?s got to be a better owner/manager about ordering items to stocktheir store with. A good store knows they have a high traffic and actually pays attention to their inventory. Read more

Very good experience maybe one of the best at Taco Bell! I travel all over the country and the last one i went to in Tennessee... was awful. Crew standing outside smoking near door and didnt pay much attention to me. This one is a 180! Friendly staff andespecially this one girl with red hair made sure i was taken care of and had hot food and even brought the food to me and had asmile the entire time! She needs a raise and spoken highly to the DM for this area! ???? Definitely a future store manager ifnot one already. Glad to put this review in. Read more

I sat at the drive-thru for quite some time before finally calling the store and asking if they're open. I informed them they... had multiple people sitting in there drive-thru waiting to order. They said they are open but they never came to the drive-thruordering station. After sitting there for a while longer.. I went next door to Burger King and bought breakfast. I noticed thecars behind me left as well. Not a very good business practice. I'm really not sure why I keep coming here. The majority of thetimes I come here they act like they don't want to work, they either lock their doors or you can't come in or they're underconstruction. The employees here literally act like they hate being here. Read more

You wouldn?t think someone would feel the need to give a good review of a Taco Bell for treating someone with respect but in... todays day and age and the environment we live in I felt the need to share my experience of this Taco Bell. I went close to 10pmand as expected they were out of a lot of things, however the young man and lady behind the headset were very respectful in theway they told me they were out. Usually that doesn?t call for a good review but when you have another Taco Bell down the streetand a McDonald?s who ALWAYS give attitude when you ask for something and they are out( like we are just supposed to know whattheir inventory is at the moment) I felt the need to say thank you to the man and woman running the drive thru at this locationlast night and for the kind way they treated me! Well, we decided to break from the norm and take a short road trip. It's less than a two hour drive, and the rain had finally... moved on. So...let's get to it. I mean, it's Taco Bell. You either like it, or you don't. Really no in-between about it. Welike, dare I say, love it? We have no issues running for the border, if you know what I mean. Anyway, when my mom was pregnantwith me, she craved Taco Bell bean burritos with extra onions and green sauce instead of red sauce. If you're young, ask mewhat this green sauce is about, and I'll tell ya. So, she ate them a lot and that's where I got my love of the Taco Bell beanburritos. Unfortunately hey don't have the green sauce like they used to. But, I digress. This Taco Bell is literally "on theborder" of Arkansas and Texas. Stationary on the Trxas side, the entrance/exit isn't very easy to use, but you can manage ifyou are patient. They offer a military discount, MUST show ID. Now, my wife told me they have a pretty good steak quesadilla. So I decided to try it out. Yep, she wasn't lying. Pretty darn good. Get it with extra onions and you'll be good to go. Ialso enjoy their crunchy tacos...it just seems like you have to et them hot and fresh or you might be a little disappointedlater. A handful of sauce and I'm set. I'm going to finish up with this: I wish I had caught the young lady's name, butnonetheless, she was an absolute gem. Great customer-service with a good smile and attitude. Yes, I would definitely recommendthis location. And, yes, we will visit again when we're down there. Read more
