For not really caring for New Orleans type of spicy stuff I found this place to a good balance of flavor with the spice. The... boudin balls were good but could have use more flavor. I wanted to do something different so my daughter recommended that we go to Walk-Ons. We went during lunch hours the vibe was... good the people were nice and friendly. So I ordered the crawfish ettoufe and came to the table I was so excited my first timetrying it and I was so disappointed it was cold. So I sent it back and when I got it back the second time it was worse as thefirst. So now I'm irritated so I ordered the shrimp and fries combo. When I say I was so disappointed and irritated withWalk-Ons my waffle fries were cold and hard the shrimp was overcooked the breading was not right.
