Whoever the two people were on shift tonight , they were so very kind and I appreciate that so much. It was a lady and a man and... both of them spoke with respect, gave a smile the whole time and even loaded us up with the sauce! I appreciate so much forpeople that are working night shift especially to still carry that much respect and love. Night shift sucks for anyone at anyjob so it speaks volumes. I appreciate it so much. In the drive through at 2:30am on a Wednesday night with nobody ahead of us or behind us. We asked for a few minz to look over... the menu. Got a response of "no problem", as to be expected, but then heard "4 minutes". Asked what she meant by 4 min and getback, "I wasn't talking to you". Ok.. whatever, maybe was a mistake. So me and my gf continue looking over the menu with nobodywaiting behind us so we took our time. After a few minz we roll the window down and say we are ready. After placing our smallorder we hear "oh wow, that's it", like we wasted her time. Quickly I cancelled the order and drove off. My fries were cold when I checked them which was right after I pulled out of the driveway I was like that is ok as long as my... burgers and chicken are hot. I checked my chicken it's lukewarm I checked my burgers and they are sloppy and barely throwntogether in the boxes. they are the only thing that's hot I don't understand how I'm been sitting there for 10 minutes for myorder to be ready when it wasn't busy and I still got cold food gave me the wrong type of fries for one of my orders and all ofmy drinks were flat. Will not recommend or return. Calling the store to complain even tho I know nothing will be done about it. Read more

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I stopped eating here a few months ago because I literally wasted $25. My fries where covered... in black gunk, my nuggets were cold and soggy, and my burger was cold as well. I threw the food out and swore I would never eathere again. This morning my boyfriend went out and grabbed breakfast and unbeknownst to me want to this Jack in the boxlocation. He ordered himself a breakfast burrito MEAL with an orange juice and an extra burrito. He ordered me 2 bacon egg andcheese biscuits 1 MEAL 1 extra. He got his 2 burritos but no orange juice or hash browns. I got 2 ultimate breakfast sandwichesNOT biscuits!!! No hash browns either. He gave me the 1 orange juice he did get. We?ve called up there several times and there?sno answer. Good thing we can both still eat this stuff we were given. He has food allergies so a messed up order is a really bigdeal. We will both now never be going back to this location or any Jack In the box for that matter. Read more
Got a sandwich for lunch. Ordered our food last night put the chicken sandwich in the fridge. pulled it from the fridge today to... find mold on the bottom bun. Called the store and was only offered a free sandwich which I politely declined only to be hung upon. Be warned ?? Read more
Went to pick up an order for ubereats and the person at the window had a horribly rude attitude. She told us that they hadn't... even started the food yet. I asked for a rough estimate of when it might be ready and she wouldn't tell me so I asked if itwould be 5 or 10 minutes and she said sure very sarcastically. I asked again and she said 5 minutes and then said or 10 as sheshut the window on me. What happened to customer service? She definitely needs retrained Read more
