I like it but recently the app has stopped allowing honey to be added to hot tea and the baristas acted like it was my fault... that I couldn't change the option between honey or honey blend on a previous order. Read more
I went to this Starbucks yesterday (07/14/22) at around 5:00 p.m. and the staff was just outstanding. The cashier was the nicest... and held amazing patients especially when a "Karen" came roaring in about an order. The young lady handled the situation withcourtesy and politeness. This place is always busy. I walked for mobile pick up and was immediately greeted. I was asked what my name was and was told my... order status. Everyone that entered was also immediately interacted with and given order status. The girl that was going thiswas making drinks simultaneously and giving great customer service. Wow!! Customer service was awesome. The staff was friendly and suggested a new drink to me after I described what I was looking... for in coffee. It was delicious. My daughter also ordered a drink and it wasn't what she thought. They fixed it with a smile andI was so grateful. This location is honestly the best I have ever been to. Definitely recommend. Excellent coffee and service and by far the best Starbucks service I have experienced. The staff are polite, patient and have a... great attention to detail! They double nested the hot cappuccino and also wish us happy new year cheerfully. Hopefully theemployees will be well rewarded as they very much deserved so. Read more
