They make the drinks right but it takes a really long time because they are too busy talking. The music is way too loud, there... are gnats and flies everywhere so thats annoying trying to wait for your drink and gnats fly around your face. It is not cleanat all, floors are super dirty, bar top is filthy and they aren\'t that busy. Bathroom NEVER has soap and rarely has toiletpaper. Its always like a freezer in there and the staff just talks and talks instead of clean or work. Manager is ALWAYS talkingand just plain LOUD. I mean can she not go in the back and be loud? Came here for a pick me up midday to set out my lesson plan for the week. I ordered my go to morning drink (Jade Citrus Mint Tea... with Steamed Lemonade and Peppermint Syrup) along with a pumpkin loaf. This location does samples of new drinks that they makeand a warmed pastry pairing with their drink. I tried the warmed brownie with the chocolate almond espresso. Tasted likechocolate milk with a hint of coffee, very good but I\'m not a coffee drinker.\n\nService was quick and employees are reallyfriendly.\n\nMy favorite thing about this place is their outside patio. Great experience Barista Sergio was amazing and flying through orders. Best Customer service and on top of his game. He was very... attentive to each customer very vocal and all co workers were very quiet. Tawney was the sweetest! I usually go to the Starbucks in Dickinson both locations?but I?m willing to drive the extra 10 mins to... have her as my barista! Dickinson has the rudest employees and Tawney is the first barista I?ve met who was actually nice. Iwill definitely make that my Starbucks go to for now on!!! Read more
Terrible place to work I?ll say that much! No one ever wants to contribute to teamwork which is why the lines are so long... always. Store manager picks favorites. People who don?t need to work, work anyways and she allows terrible workers to continueto work. They fire who they want for any reason at all. Just lots of favoritism and criticism. Don?t even wanna give this placeone star. Can?t forget about the gnats guys!! Don?t get any refresher drinks here. The line was relatively short about 4 cars ahead of me, but for some reason getting to the window took well over a period of... time I would\'ve considered appropriate. It looks like they made my drink ahead of time and then had some issues with a fewcustomers. Anyway, by the time I tasted it, I was very confused. Why does this taste like coffee?? This is the only Starbucks that is consistent with good drinks, I\'ve ordered the same thing for years and it\'s different each... time at other locations, and I\'ve even had one place tell me they don\'t make iced lattes, but this one is by far the best. Thebaristas are also super kind each time and fast for the amount of morning traffic they get. Read more
