Very good ! But didn't Like that they discontinue the roasted chicken breast????
I go out of my way to the SUBWAY on Palmer Hwy bcz for years they have had the 1-2-punch, Great staff and Great sandwiches.... Kevin and George kept things Live and Upbeat, always smiling and starting your sandwich when they see you getting out your car.These guys know their customers so well, you could bypass the line and go straight to the register where your sandwich would bewaiting for you. That's GREAT Custom Service. UNFORTUNATELY, management doesn't know when they have a GREAT thing going. Theyfired Kevin, whom I call SUNSHINE and George left. These guys set the tone and it was always fun bcz they created such a joyousatmosphere. Their gone and all the joy went with them. Pat does a good job but there's no SUNSHINE without Kevin and George.After all these years, I don't go into the store anymore! Good service is more than good. They was rushing me to get out while they was on break Then my foot long was ripping up Customer service need to be better
Ordered online for curbside pick up. Was supposed to be ready at 5:40pm. I checked in online at 5:38. Waited and called but no... answer. I saw both woman looking out the window at me as my car was only about 10 ft from door. They just laughed at me.Finally at 5:05pm, I got out of my car, in my pjs ( dont judge), and had to get my own order!!! Horrible service! Update: Hadto return to Subway to have all 3 sandwiches remade. They were made wrong and the toasted ones were ice cold and soggy. That'sbecause they didn't deliver curbside like they were supposed to. Read more
We when in late about an hour before they closedthe staff was still friendly. They where cleaning up and the whole restaurant... was spotless. I was super impressed with the cleanliness. The sandwiches where made to Subway standards and tasted great. Nocomplaints at all. Read more
If only zero Stars was an option! This store refused to give me customer service phone number and and yelled at me... disrespectfully on the phone telling me that she made it how I ordered it. These pictures say it all!! I filed a complaintonline with corporate and will update y'all with what happens. I have never been more disrespected by a fast food worker in myentire life!
