I had to leave a long line and not order as the spoon had a hair and when I adviced the 3 Hispanic girls there they said it was... from the brush that they wash the dishes with which it was a lie I took picture and video , they got so rude and they did nothad other options they said we had to wait for 10 min to get more options out , the girl was counting money with out glovesnasty place I want to Throw up and the old crow in the back cooking had too much hair out I think it was her hair curled blacknasty I will get pictures and videos up on Facebook tik tok and everywhere as I was treated rudely after I pointed this nastythings Read more
Severely understaffed and in dire need of attention. On the night I visited, there were only 3 visible workers: 1 cook and 2... front servers. The line moved horribly slow and the food wasn't as great. You can't blame the employees here since they weredoing their best with what they had. The orange chicken tasted more like soy sauce chicken. My theory is the cook didn't cleanthe wok before he started making a different menu item. I can't really blame him. It's busy and he doesn't have time to washanything. The chow mein was actually surprisingly good. Overall cleanliness is a HUGE area for improvement. Many tables weremessy and uncleaned (not that the employees could or had time anyways). This Panda Express isn't the best, but there aren'treally many alternatives. The only other Panda is in Gainesville, and that one isn't great either. But it's probably better thanthe one in the casino. Greatest thing about this location is its convenience, but if you're looking for quality food I wouldlook somewhere else. Read more
6:15pm yesterday, standing in line behind 5 people, took 25 minutes to order food. There was a poor guy there, need to take... order, be a cashier, dump garbage. Only one cooker who is so slow, within the 25 minutes I stand there she cook 2 dishes, as aresult, there were 5 dishes pot were empty. Read more
From the reviews of this place is kind of mixed. This place is inside WindStar Casino. Took a chance since the line for the... buffet was long . I guess we hit this place at the right time, there was only 2 people ahead of us. It?s been a very long timethat I have been to a Panda Express. Needed some vegetables. Ate here for lunch yesterday, the rice was disgusting amd super dry, the xhow main was fresh of the hot stove so halfway decent... we both ate the shrimp walnut and chicken mushroom both were good and we enjoyed those but since half your meal is either riceor chow me in the quality needs to improve!! I would have preferred to have gotten the super greens but those were notavailable. The poor lady working was going as fast as she could but she looked exhausted and not very happy. She seemed verytired due to the constant line of folks ordering. Saturday night we stopped into eat, it actually Sunday morning, an hour before closing. They stopped cooking and said what was... left on their steam table was all they were making, so you had to choose from the few things left and when it gone it's gone. Bytime we got up the literally there was no noodles and very little rice, then everything they had was hot or spicy. All the foodwe picked was cold when we sit down to eat. Needless to say when we got back around there to tell them this and get a refundthere was nobody there. That darn fast they went in hiding ???? ????.
