If u say 3 sugar in ur cofee, they always give u no sugar. So always have to sip and make sure before u leave the compound.

Been twice to this location. First time we had great service and the lady was very enthusiastic. The second time a different... lady got our order wrong and then when we said it was wrong she charged us to change it and made us wait extra time for it to bemade. I understand charging extra if the customer changes it but I don't think a customer should be charged extra because of amistake that the employee made. Also, the wrap I had was made poorly compared to other Tim Hortons. Read more

What is it with Service for those who dine in.... there is 4 Service Staff for the drive through. BUT only 1 staff for those... waiting inside. 4 of us in line 5 + minutes to get Service. While drive through staff standing around.... clearly Tim's has noregard for customers who prefer to sit inside. Read more

Three days in a row now I?ve asked for a double double with milk, and even tried a ?large two milk, two sugar?. I?m again... drinking a coffee with cream. We can tell the difference between the two, please start making our coffee properly. Read more

Giving this sole star to the young man making bagels today (he deserves 5+ stars) - he was excellent! However, the rest of the... front end staff nothing short of brutal. I have yet to have a quality experience with mobile orders at this location, verydisappointing! I placed my order to be ready for 8:15am. Arrived on time, stood at the pick-up section for close to 10 minuteswhile the staff stood around talking to a few other customers. My bagel was already ready when I walked in, was waiting for mytea?. The young man at the bagel counter came over and asked if I was waiting for something else. I advised the remainder of myorder was missing. He then interrupted the social chat and ?Annette? looked at me, went over to the printer grabbed my orderreceipt and began making my tea. Without one word to me, no apology etc. I wish I had gotten the young man?s name, he was great!He apologized and thanked me for my patience. Annette then handed me my tea and turned around to continue her chats without aword once again. Some of the most poor service I have every received. Management should really address these deficiencies. Inever mind waiting if there is a line up, or it?s busy. But this was just plain unacceptable. By far the absolute slowest drive-thru I've ever experienced, consistently! And it doesn't seem to matter the number of cars... ahead of you, it's slow. They get the order prepared correctly though, I will give them that! Read more

It's the only location around for quite a while and it's at an intersection of two major roads so it's expected that it can get... quite busy here. The drive through more than likely will have a lineup, especially during peak hours. Service is pretty quick,so they do a good job of keeping things moving. Read more
