Quite possibly the worst and slowest service in the industry. Was 10 vehicles deep in the drive thru and it took over 15... minutes to place an order. Read more

Horrible absolutely horrible . Worst coffee I?ve ever had period . The people working either take no pride in their work or they... didn?t like the colour of my skin . That terrible coffee felt like a personal attack . November 25 ,2022 Read more

The selection at this Time Hortons is terrible. You arrive five hours before closing time and they have little to nothing left.... Only ingredients to make one type of wrap, two types of Timbits, no cookies, and two types of donuts. I'd understand if maybethey were in the process of making more but they weren't and, apparently, had no plans to. Then, the donuts you do get arestale! Not to mention if you arrive after 8pm and as for anything that requires heating you're told that they've already cleanedthe grill for the night (despite closing being in two hours). You're better off to drive to Ridgetown or heck, even Chatham. Read more

I visited on Sat. And I found the service very slow and there was barely any baked goods. Almost every section for baked goods... was empty. Ordered a black Coffee and they didn't even put a sleeve on the Coffee and they didn't offer one. Read more

It is very difficult for this location to get an order right. This is not a toasted bagel.

I went twice in a week after considerable time of not attending a Timmies restaurant. It was disappointing both times. The... product we ordered was fine, what was expected. Nothing more, nothing less. Same location both times. It was clean, bright andpleasant enough. The problems were all staff related which I feel is a direct reflection of the management. The store was busyyet understaffed, the counter person was obviously stressed and less than energetic or polite. She was also the only one outfront with two others on drive thru and one on food preparation. The order was taken, sent to prep, and drinks were gatheredquickly by the counter person. She was hustling in and out of the kitchen restocking and taking two more orders as well. Thesewere also served quickly and customers left as we waited for a chili to complete the order. After 7 minutes I walked the counterlength and asked the food prepper about the order. The inside person was in the back gathering supplies. The man on prep seemedconfused and sought out his coworker. Bickering ensued and finally the chili was served. No apologies were offered. Second visitpresented short staffing again with one member vocally complaining about the unfairness of her treatment by management withregards to another staff who was also working. She may have been right but the public outburst was unprofessional and awkward. Acustomer pointed this out and the staff person turned on the customer with some disparaging comments and stormed into theback. You have a problem Tim Hortons and it has trickled all the way down. Product alone will not keep a business afloat andyou seem to be sinking. Read more
