Never order again. I am a long time customer but there is no customer service with the staff. I placed an order and the order I... received was incorrect. I called back and I was told they would send out my correct order right away. I waited 45 mins andcalled back and I was told the driver had left and should be at my house in 1 minute. 20 minutes later I called back again andthe guy that took my order had an attitude and told me I told you the driver left. Not only was my order wrong when I receivedit but the staff were not helpful at all. After being a long time customer this is not acceptable. This was not the first timethis happened but in the past I let it go but after so many times it happening I could not let it go again. Read more
Long time customer. Just ordered pizza for delivery. After an hour I called she said it should be here any minute. Call back... after an hour n twenty mins we get some excuse about a driver that the food didn’t leave. Call back after an hour and fortymins. They have no idea where the pizza or the driver is. We will never order again. Really bad bussiness. Happy to gosomewhere else, there’s a million other pizza places that will treat you better. Read more
The service sucks…the food is good, but the staff feel like this establishment is theirs. I ordered a large pie, when arriving... to pickup, the staff said no you ordered a small pie. When my husband called to confirm, the girl who answered the phone hungup. This Is not the first incident. My husband spoke to the owner a few months ago, because this is not the first run in withhis staff and all he could offer was a sorry and take a bottle of soda. This was never the case when Addeo’s was owned byCaptain’s a family business.. I will never spend a dime in this establishment again. Read more
Solid and comforting Italian food. And probably the best pizza in the area. Delivery service is the best, the food is still warm... and fresh even after delivered and all folks at the restaurant are kind and friendly. Read more
Good pizza, terrible food. We Got the appetizer platter: Clams were sandy, meatballs tasted like dog food, eggplant rollitini... tasted frozen, shrimp were soggy.. My drink was weak. Service was good. My wife likes her wine and slice of pizza. But you canget better pizza in a million other places, it’s NYC. Read more
Food is always great (take our or dine in) - they have the most delicious bread, and that makes their pizza taste 10x better... than any other place nearby. I recommend the Grandpa Addeo’s pizza which is such a legit pie and the Spinach Egg soup, agreat comfort food. You also can’t go wrong with any pasta dishes - they are all authentic and delicious. Went here for an event my daughter school was throwing. Servers were nice and understanding. I would come here again. Also,... it's a little nice spot for a date night. Read more
