My orders came without the extras I paid for (bacon, double patty, etc). They want to charge extra for sauce, but makes your... orders wrong. I feel awful for the employees, they only have 1 person in the front and maybe 1 in the kitchen (maybe even not).The female that was working there was trying her best but seemed worn out from working alone. Customer service here sucks its Monday Sept 26th 7:15pm and the cashier is miserable and has no manners. Also failed to say the... debit card machine is not working until after I ordered luckily I had a $50 bill behind my cell phone case smh. They should havea sign to warn customers. Read more
Went there this morning to buy breakfast to take to work and the door was locked with 3 employees standing front of register... didn't bother to open door and it was after 7am. They truly ignore me and all 3 started to walk to the back. VeryUnprofessional. Read more
Place is immaculate, the employees cleaned and disinfected twice while I was sitting there having meal ???? The staff is very... nice and provided excellent service. Scarlett the Assistant Manager went the extra mile to help me. Read more
I have yet to find a bad Burger King. This one has ranch dressing, and simple Heinz ketchup meaning no Bs in my dressing. They... don't add salt, thank you for that. BK looks out for best for you and you most likely don't notice it. I never had limp lettucein my burger meaning always fresh, fresh tomatoes. Clean floor clean tables I haven't used it but I can guess clean bathroomstoo. Because every BK has high standards, I have high standards possibly because they taught me by showing me. Read more
5 Stars ????Amazing customer service I ordered through Burger King website, I was a little bit skeptical about it since most of... the time I order through a thirt party or walk-in. I decided to do it; I order 4 Cheeseburgers, 10 pieces chicken tender, 5 medium French fries, 1 medium Onion Rings with zesty sauce and 4 small Soft sorf after I placed an order like almost 30 minpass and my phone ran I didn't recognized the number and I answered and for my surprise it was the manager from Burger King toinform me that the ice cream machine wasn't working and they didn't have Onion Rings but she can offer me 4 Hershey's pies andinstead of the Onion rings another Fries and of course I was pleased with her called. I ask her if can get refunded she answered"no" if I want to get a refund I have to call directly to BK customer service; I was like let take her offer ( at first Imisunderstood, I thought you was offering me Apple pies and I told her we don't eat apple pies, can we get Hershey's piesinstead and she was yes that what I said before lol). I also asked for Milkshake and she said it is the same machine. Employees are so slow in this location and the tables are not clean. No one seems interested in providing service to customers.... I don't recommend it unless you are really hungry and no other options available around. Read more
Waited over 20 minutes to order only for them to mess up my order.asked and paid for two double bacon cheeseburger was given two... regular single burgers instead.when I went back to the store they wouldn't refund my order and or fix my food because it waspast a 30 minute cutoff time.when I called corporate they said there is no window and my money should have been returned since Ihad the items.ill be doing a follow up with corporate this place is the worst don't go here only two workers in the store and ittakes 20 minutes for them to take ur order.
