Why is it that at this BK and the one at 4275 white plains rd take your order and when you get to the window they have you back... up and wait 2 feet behind the window? Someone told me they have a sensor at the windows that times how long a customer has towait and so that they don't get negativity they have customers back up so they look like customers don't have to wait long. Thatin my book is FRAUD. At this location I waited 4 minutes to give my order and when I finally got up to the window they had meback up and I had to wait 6 minutes for them to tell me to come forward o but that sensors will show I waited probably 10seconds. I will no longer backup or wait behind a window this is fraud they are doing on statistics. I will also make sure I getclose to the car in front so that they cannot backup. The burgers are juicy. The fries are crispy. The only bad thing is the cashier gave us a seltzer instead of Sprite with no ice.

This Burger King was terrible. Customer service was terrible. Took a reasonable time for food to come but . Let's get this place... cleaned up a little and get the staff more excited to work . If you can't pay them more at least give them percs like gift cardsand cash bonus . You can see the staff are miserable. So yeah 2 stars Read more

I ordered on the bk mobile app for drive thru. I told her my name and the lady was confused. 2 people started talking at the... same time. We could barley understand them. They said the ice cream machine was down then they tell me to come inside. ???? Iwent in for them to say we don't have it. I'm like I heard you the the first time when yall were yelling it over the intercom.So i asked what do I do next? Then she ask me do I want 2 large drinks. I said no. The drive thru lady says that was you in thecar I said yea. She said next time say it's a personal order through the drive thru, So I wouldn't have to come inside. Thatdon't make any sense what so ever. You make me get out the car to say they same thing and to try and change my order when all ofthat could of been done in the drive thru window. Why would I have to say it's a personal order It don't say that on the appbut It clearly says DRIVE THRU. All orders are personal orders. She assumed something and she should of ask. Smh Read more

Was there half an hour for a Whopper.. then I asked them when will it be ready they gave me a lot of attitude . So I ask for a... refund and left.. 30 minutes for a whopper is not worth it plus there was no AC and it was so hot Read more

All I ordered was fries, nuggets and an Oreo milkshake. There?s zero salt on the fries, the nuggets just don?t taste good in any... sense and the milkshakes had maybe 2 Oreo crumbs in it. Just very disappointed. The best thing about the meal was the BBQ sauce. Read more

I don't even know where to begin. I ordered a Whopper without ketchup or mayo. I received a Whopper with toasted sliced white... bread instead of buns, bacon, ketchup and mayo. What kind of ghetto Burger King runs out of buns? The reason I asked for no mayowas because I'm allergic to eggs. Is it a high expectation for restaurants to take food allergies seriously? If I had eaten thissandwich without first checking on it, I would be in the emergency room right now instead of writing this complaint. I alsoordered Simply Orange Juice. They gave me a large orange soda. The instructions for the delivery driver were "please leaveoutside on the porch." The driver called me outside, I assume because they didn't want to get out of their car, and then handedme my order through their car window. We're in the middle of a pandemic. It's not unheard of or unreasonable to requestcontactless delivery. I will be calling my bank and filing a claim. This is unbelievable. Read more
