So mom and I went in to grab food for ourselves and to take food back home for the family. I get on the line for the kiosk and ... my coupon code wasn't recognizable. I had to get on the cashier line. The first cashier was very pleasant, energetic andhelpful was smiling ear to ear. She provided excellent customer service. I made another order, with another cashier, for oneout of two guys in there asking folk for money for food. That cashier wasn't pleasant. She wasn't smiling and seemed eithertired or down. She was moving real slow and seemed to not want to be there. It took a little while to get my first order whichwas a double cheeseburger, 2 bacon cheeseburger, large fries and onion rings plus a coke no ice. My onion rings wereovercooked. They didnt look appetizing but I ate them. My second order I receievd quickly which was a nuggets and fries meal.The place was packed. The lines to order moved quickly. Worst experience at a "fast food" restaurant. I ordered my food at the kiosk at 8:05. I got my receipt from cashier at 8:23. I... waited until 9:15 pm for a chicken sandwich, fried and a frappe. But after waiting 50 min for my food I was told there were nofrappes. I asked for my money back on 3 different occasions, I was blown away by the offer of another chicken sandwich as asubstitute for my frappe. I mean why would I want another sandwich? I'd be there til the next day waiting for it. The staff weremaking whatever sandwich they felt like. There were more than 20 burgers they made and none of them were being given out toanyone in the line. Came on a day that the register was down and so was half of the soda machines. So you had to use the kiosks to place order and... get in line to pay if you were using cash, but they did a great job to be in such a bad place on a busy day. Had a manager outhelping people place their orders and another manager making orders and taking cash. They were awesome sauce and the food washot and fresh. Read more
The reason this is getting two stars now from four, is that instead of getting faster with the kiosk machines to order. Now is... gotten slower, and food is taken a minute now to be served. Some employees got attitudes, you have to check your bags make sureyou have everything you ordered. SMH. Read more
